The Premier Plus Plated Brunch includes a choice of delectable starters, freshly prepared entrees and mouthwatering desserts with plenty of options for picky eaters. Yes. Outside cakes are allowed on board as long as they're covered and held at your table. Please use flameless/LED birthday candles. Open flames like a lit candle are not allowed on board.

Yes, please bring a government-issued ID. The U.S. Coast Guard requires all passengers over 18 years old to have a photo ID. You can only buy alcoholic drinks if you're age 21+ with a valid ID.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed only on Bateaux New York's outside deck, but please note that cannabis products are prohibited as the vessel operates under U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Please dispose of all trash in proper receptacles and refrain from throwing anything into the water.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Bateaux New York riverboat features a climate-controlled deck; it sails rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the advice of the U.S. Coast Guard, the vessel will remain dockside and still provide the full dining service.
