Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is located off I-78, Exit 54, in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania, at 4000 Dorney Park Rd, Allentown, PA 18104.
Dorney Park tickets include all rides, live shows and attractions, admission to Wildwater Kingdom water park, and Planet Snoopy—a dedicated area just for kids.
Dorney Park's parking fees are $35 for single day parking and $45 for single day preferred parking. Subject to change.
Dorney Park does not offer a non-rider discount. They have a one-price admission since it is a multifaceted park, not just a ride park.
Children ages 2 and under are free and do not require an admission ticket. Children ages 3 and older will require an admission ticket to enter the theme park.
Dorney Park is fully cashless. Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted throughout the park. Personal checks are not accepted. If you don’t have a card, free Cash-to-Card kiosks are available on-site to convert cash into a prepaid card you can use anywhere.
Cash-to-card kiosks are located near Lost & Found at the main entrance, in the games area near Fun Zone Arcade, and Center Stage Fries. At Wildwater Kingdom, you'll find a cash-to-card kiosk at the Locker Rental area.
In Dorney Park, guests must wear shirts, shorts or pants, and shoes at all times—except when riding Thunder Canyon or White Water Landing. Bikini tops are permitted, but bikini bottoms must be covered. Shorts or pants must fully cover undergarments (no visible underwear below the waistband). In Wildwater Kingdom, proper swimwear is required. Acceptable attire includes one- or two-piece swimsuits or swim shorts that stop above the knee. Swimwear must not have abrasive features like metal buttons, rivets, zippers, or snaps. Thong swimsuits are not allowed. Diaper covers are required for diapered children and are available for purchase at Trade Winds Gift Shop near the water park entrance. Shoes are not permitted on water attractions.
Most rides and attractions remain open during rain. Some attractions will close when inclement weather prohibits their safe operation but will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. You can enjoy a show, meal or shopping until such weather passes. Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the Front Gate, online through the website, or other retail outlets. This includes weather-related events. They do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for one sealed water bottle per person. Exceptions are made for guests with dietary needs and baby food—check with Guest Services upon arrival for approval. Picnic tables are available in select parking lot areas for outside food. Grills and open flames are not permitted.
Dorney Park is non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only permitted in the designated smoking area near the park's main entrance.
Yes, the rental center is located at Good Time Gifts near the main entrance. A limited supply of single and double strollers are available to rent, as well as manual and motorized wheelchairs. Units are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of your visit. A rental fee will be charged as well as a refundable deposit that will be returned at the end of your day when you return the vehicle.
Yes, locker rentals located on the left side of the Main Midway near Kaleidoscope and by Wildwater Kingdom Waterpark's main entrance and are available by the hour or all day. There is a limited supply of locker units available only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, you can exit the park and re-enter with a re-entry ticket. Re-entry ticket kiosks are available near the exit turnstiles when leaving the Park. Re-entry is not permitted after 6:00 pm during their Haunt season. If leaving and re-entering the parking lot, please display your parking ticket on your dashboard.
Yes. Dorney Park uses uniformed and plainclothes officers, video surveillance, and enhanced entry procedures to help ensure guest safety. All guests must pass through metal detection, and all bags—including backpacks, purses, and waist packs—are subject to inspection. Weapons or items that could be considered weapons, such as firearms, pocket knives, or metal chains, are strictly prohibited. The park enforces a zero-tolerance policy for fighting or harassment. Violators may be ejected, banned, or arrested by local law enforcement.
Yes. Restrictions for each ride are posted outside of the respective attraction's line queue.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages at Dorney Park. A valid state-issued identification or driver's license is required for each person purchasing, possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages must be fully consumed or discarded on the premise where served. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the midways or while in line for any ride.
All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited and any unauthorized drone observed over Dorney Park will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
Dorney Park's Boarding Pass Program offers alternative ride access for guests with mobility restrictions or cognitive impairments. To enroll, visit Guest Services upon arrival and explain your need for assistance. Staff will ask a few questions to confirm that the guest meets all ride requirements, including height and health guidelines. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for participating in the program. Ride access points are listed on each attraction's Safety Guide sign.
