Perched along the rainforest ridge known in Hawaiian as “rolling sweet potato hill,” this stunning location overlooks downtown Honolulu and the Waianae mountain range, offering one of the island’s most stunning sunset settings.

Begin your evening with a warm welcome, a painted kukui nut lei, and a spectacular sunset over Honolulu. Participate in hands-on cultural activities such as weaving ti leaves, throwing a Hawaiian spear, and learning traditional Hawaiian protocols. Enjoy interactive workshops, cultural games, and the imu ceremony before sitting down to a farm-to-table dinner.

Dinner features a thoughtful blend of Hawaiian and local food traditions—Hawaiian cuisine reflects the ingredients and techniques brought by early Polynesian settlers, while “local food” emerged between 1850 and 1930 as immigrant workers from Asia, Polynesia, Europe, and America introduced new flavors.
