What is the premium attraction offer?

If you purchase a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7-day pass, you get admission to one premium bonus attraction on one of the days your pass is valid. You don't need to choose now, but these are popular attractions, so please make your reservation as soon as you can after the E-ticket is redeemed.

What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.

How do I activate my pass?

To activate your All-Inclusive Pass, simply use it at your first attraction. The pass will then be valid for the number of days you purchased within a 14-day period. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two (2) days.

Does the Go Oahu Pass expire?

Yes, once you activate the pass, you will have 14 days to use your admissions. All unused passes expire at the end of the year it was purchased in.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Oahu pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day. You can also visit one (1) premium attraction per pass.

What is the age cut-off for a child pass?

Child passes are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other issues?

While Go City does its best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Oahu Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

Each attraction can only be visited once per the duration of the pass.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Some attractions may require a reservation, which will be displayed on the guidebook. You can also download the Go City app to find out which ones need to be booked in advance. Remember, if you need to make a booking, your pass must be valid on the day of your visit.

How does the Go City app work?

Download the free Go City app on your Apple or Android device and sync your pass using the instructions in your confirmation email. Simply show your pass at each attraction. The app also provides useful attraction info, itineraries, and more to simplify your planning and exploring.

Can someone else use my pass?

No, sorry. Passes cannot be resold or used by more than one person.
