Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is at 707 Fremont St. (Container Park) #1130, when you come into the park, go to the back, left of the stage.

Is there an age or weight limit?

For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years old of age and weigh at least 80 pounds and not more than 350 pounds.

What should I wear?

Helmets are provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes for the tour. Dress for the weather. Shorts and t-shirts are fine. During colder months, layered attire is suggested. Sunscreen is also suggested and is provided by Segway Las Vegas Tours.

Are Segway’s safe for children or people with disabilities?

The necessary range of motion required to operate a Segway is like that of being able to transfer weight from one foot to another while walking. Also, riding a Segway does require the need to be able to stand for periods of time.

If I am pregnant can I join the tour?

Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on the Segway tours.

What time do I need to get there for my tour at the meet-up location?

Your tour starts promptly at the scheduled time, therefore please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departure time to complete the necessary training. Each member of your party is required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete their paperwork.

I’ve never ridden a Segway before; will I be able to pick it up quickly?

Your safety is always the highest priority; therefore, each tour begins with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use. Most people pick it up in no time. Others may require a little more time. Don’t worry! The 5-star tour guides are excellent trainers. They will have you gliding on your own in no time!

Am I allowed to take pictures during the tour?

Absolutely! There various stops that allow you opportunities to take pictures. However, for safety reasons, please do not take pictures while you are riding the Segway.

Are tours canceled in case of excessive wind, heat or rain?

Yes, tours are subject to certain weather conditions.

How long is the tour?

The tour lasts for over 3 hours, providing ample time to enjoy the food and sights.
