If you choose the self-drive option, you will check-in is at Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters Terminal at 5060 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV. 89119. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your tour time.

Can I take photos?

Yes, phones and cameras are allowed, but selfie sticks and camera poles are not permitted on the aircraft or museum grounds.

Is the experience suitable for kids?

Yes, families are welcome. Children should be accompanied by an adult, and IDs are required for anyone 18 and over.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

While wheelchairs are not permitted on the helicopter, the Neon Museum itself is accessible. For the helicopter portion, passengers must be able to use helicopter seats and be able to get on and off the aircraft independently or with assistance from a companion. Only collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be stowed onboard due to space limitations. Guests will be notified at the time of check-in if space limitations will prevent their accessibility equipment from being brought on board. Should your equipment need to be left at the terminal, it will be stored safely and waiting for you upon landing.

What should I wear?

Layered clothing is ideal during warmer months, and heavy winter gear is recommended from October to mid-March.

Are there weight restrictions?

Yes, passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more may be required to purchase an additional seat.

Can I request a front seat on the helicopter?

Front seats may be requested at check-in for an additional fee, based on availability.
