Ideal for visitors to the New York City area, the New York City Explorer Pass offers a convenient way to see multiple New York attractions for one discounted price. Guests can choose to visit 3,4,5,7, or 10 attractions from a list of 60+ attractions, including the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 Tribute Center, and more, saving up to 40% by not paying at the gate.
This pass allows you to pick 3, 5, 7, or 10 attractions from over 60 choices. Passes expire after 30 days of your first attraction visit. You will receive a guidebook with attraction information after the purchase.
Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction.
Passes cannot be resold or used by more than one person.
With the Explorer Pass, you'll have 60 days from first use to visit your remaining attractions. Non-activated Explorer passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
You can visit only one attraction once per the life of the card. Some restrictions apply to only allow one tour per company, like On Location Tours, CitySights Bus Tours, and Cruise Line tours, etc.
Once the card is activated, it is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for un-used admissions and not responsible for traffic conditions, attraction-capacity constraints, weather-related closings, or unforeseeable circumstances.
While Go City does their best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of their control. The great thing about a New York Explorer Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, there are fun alternatives in your guidebook.
Yes, many of the attractions are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving Day. Your guidebook will list any hours or closing affected by holiday days.
