Strollers and lockers are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a nominal fee. Wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECV's) are available for rent at the park on a first-come basis for a fee. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. For the convenience of smokers and non-smokers alike, 14 designated smoking areas are located as indicated on the park map.
Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly environment and requires appropriate dress. Although some of rides and attractions may get you wet, swimsuits are limited to children 8 and under only. While on rides, children 8 and under will be asked to wear shorts over swimwear; all others wearing swimsuits will be required to wear an appropriate coverup at all times. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. The use of shoes with built-in skates or wheels is prohibited. Silver Dollar City reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone not properly attired, and appreciates your help in keeping the park a great place for families to visit.

The park's terrain does have some hills. However, Silver Dollar City provides numerous benches and shaded areas throughout the park. Many activities are at the bottom of the park so you may want to rent an electric cart.
Yes. The Grand Exposition, Half Dollar Holler and Fireman's Landing have play areas designed specifically for children.
Loose articles are not permitted on most rides. (This includes: hats, purses, cell phones, cameras, bags, personal electronics, pocket change, keys, etc.) Waist or fanny packs are not permitted on The GIANT Swing, Outlaw Run, PowderKeg, Thunderation or Wildfire. The park recommends you leave valuables with a non-rider or secure them in a park locker, available for rent. Unsecured storage bins are available at most rides, however, Silver Dollar City cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Articles taken on Mystic River Falls, the American Plunge and RiverBlast will get very wet.
Some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. A Rides Guidebook can be picked up at the Rentals/Lost And Found Booth.
Yes, the Christmas in Midtown lighting display and An Old Time Christmas at Silver Dollar City is open in November and December. Even though the temperatures are cooler, all of the rides (except water rides) are typically open throughout the Silver Dollar City Christmas season. Inclement weather and temperatures below 42 degrees may impact some rides. During these times, there is still plenty of indoor attractions, shops and restaurants to visit until weather passes.
Silver Dollar City tickets include all rides, shows, and attractions. Cave tours are also included with exception of the Marvel Cave Lantern Light Tour, which requires a separate admission ticket. You only pay for your food or merchandise items you choose to purchase. There are also some games and classes available to parkgoers for an additional fee.

Guests must be 16 years of age or older to enter the park unaccompanied. Those under the age of 16 must enter with a supervising companion 16 years of age or older.

Yes, you can leave Silver Dollar City and reenter the same day. Just be sure to retain your ticket for re-entry.
The name on the E-Ticket is the primary ticket holder but the tickets are valid for all within your party.
You have five days from the first day of entry to use the second day entry for Silver Dollar City.
Self-parking at Silver Dollar City is included with your tickets! At most parking locations, a tram or bus will pick you up and take you to the admission gate. Parking for guests with disabilities displaying a permanent or temporary accessibility placard/hang tag is available close to the main admission gate and next to the conveyance pick-up in parking lots 2, 4 and 5. Preferred and Premier parking for automobiles and motorcycles are also located close to the park's main gates, and is available for a nominal fee. Preferred Parking - $20: Located a short walk from Silver Dollar City's front gate, allowing you to get from your car to the park easily and also giving you quick access to your vehicle Premier Parking - $60: Closest parking spaces located to Silver Dollar City's front gate — just steps away from the main entrance. Limited availability.
The Silver Dollar City TrailBlazer Pass offers front-of-the-line access on select rides, including Outlaw Run, WildFire, PowederKeg, FireFall, The Giant Barn Swing, Thunderation, The Flooded Mine, Electro Spin, Magnificent Wave Carousel, American Plunge, and Time Traveler. It also includes one ride per visit on Mystic River Falls and Fire In The Hole. TrailBlazer Passes can be purchased at any Silver Dollar City ticket booth, Guest Relations, Cave Desk, Rentals, and Midtown Guest Services.
