This half-day Tybee Island Dolphin Tour begins with a trolley/bus ride from Savannah’s Historic District to Tybee Island for lunch at the Crab Shack with scenic views. Afterwards, enjoy a dolphin watching cruise through the island’s waterways in search of bottle-nose dolphins and other wildlife, followed by a photo stop and free time at Tybee Island Lighthouse.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
Paid parking is available at the Savannah Visitor Center. Parking is free for the first hour and $2.00 each hour following (subject to change). Special event parking rates may be higher.
Tour duration is approximately 5 to 6 hours.

The tour includes complimentary pickup and drop-off for all Historic Downtown hotels and B&Bs in Savannah. If you request a shuttle pickup, please be ready and waiting for the shuttle at the scheduled pickup time and location.

The tour includes a stop for lunch at the Crab Shack (cost of lunch is at own expense). The dolphin watching cruise includes views of the historic Fort Pulaski, Cockspur Island Lighthouse (built-in 1856), and Tybee Island Lighthouse. Following the Dolphin Cruise, you'll stop by the Tybee Island Lighthouse for a photo opportunity and time on your own to explore a bit.
The cost of lunch at the Crab Shack and admission to the lighthouse are not included in the ticket price.
Yes, food and drinks are allowed on board the boat. If you don't want to bring your own, they have drinks and snacks for sale at the dock house.
