To ensure the guests' comfort and safety, Water Country USA's capacity is limited. Admission into the park may be temporarily suspended during the day due to high attendance periods.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers can be brought into Water Country USA except for bottled water or a refillable water bottle. Exceptions may be made for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies and baby food/formula. Guests should contact Park Security or Guest Relations when they arrive at the Park for approval to bring in special dietary food.

Are lockers available for rent at Water Country USA?

Yes, all-day lockers are available for rent. You'll find them near Hubba Hubba Highway, Jet Scream and Daddy O's Eats.

Are pets permitted at Water Country USA?

Only ADA-defined service animals are allowed in the water park. You may board your pet for the day in the climate-controlled kennel in Busch Gardens' England Parking Lot. Owners are responsible for feeding and walking their pets. Pet Care Team Members will only provide water throughout the day.

Can I smoke or Vape at at Water Country USA?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in specific outdoor smoking locations throughout the park. Smoking stations are designated in guest areas by smoking urns, benches and "designated Smoking Area" signs.All indoor areas will remain smoke-free environments.

Can I rent a wheelchair or ECV at Water Country USA?

Wheelchairs and Electric Carts are available for a nominal fee. You must be 18 years of age to rent electric carts and wheelchairs. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore, guests are encouraged to make their reservations online at least one day prior to their visit). If no mobility devices are available when you arrive, you may place your name on a waitlist, and one of the Team Members will contact you when one becomes available.

Please note that Water Country USA is a family experience, appropriate swim attire should worn (please no bathing suit thongs). For the health and safety of all guests, children in diapers are required to use waterproof protectors. Swimwear or shoes with buckles, rivets, or any sharp objects are not permitted. Cotton shorts or shirts, sports shorts, cover-ups, loose-fitting articles, or similar items are permitted but not on body slides. Footwear such as water shoes, sandals, or water socks are permitted but not on body slides.

With a Quick Pay Cashless Wristband, you can make purchases all day in the park without fumbling for your wallet. Simply use your credit card or cash at the beginning of your visit to set up a spending account. You’ll be issued waterproof wristbands for the whole family, which can be used to charge purchases throughout the park. Your account will automatically settle at the end of each day. It’s a free, smart and convenient way to enjoy your visit without worrying about misplacing your cash or credit cards.

What happens if it rains?

Water Country remains open during inclement weather, although some rides and attractions may be temporarily affected. If your day is impacted by weather, visit Guest Relations to receive a Weather-or-Not Assurance ticket for your return visit. Please be advised that policy enactment is at the discretion of Guest Services. Parking, locker rentals, Quick Queue, All Day Dine, and additional upgrade purchases from the initial visit are not included in your return visit. Weather-or-Not Assurance guarantee may only be utilized by guests with a Single-Day Ticket or Multi-Day Ticket. You can also visit Water Country's direct website within one week of your visit date to submit a Weather-or-Not Assurance claim. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
